Packaging
Our 4 oz soap is shrink wrapped with a waterproof, UV coated label on the outside. Our 1 oz soap is individually packaged in a brown kraft paper box. You can use our packaging with your name or design your own label.
Recipes
We can use our established recipes or create something totally new for you. Your input will guide the creation. Whether you want luxurious or something on a budget, we can work with you to make sure you are happy.

What Will This Cost?
Khataji always prices based on cost to produce. Chemical ingredients are usually less expensive than natural ones. Organic ingredients are the most expensive of all usually. There is a wide range of packaging options that will affect price. Your method of scenting your product affects cost. Artificial fragrances are more consistent and cheaper. Essential oils are expensive and may be inconsistent due to growing season, available water, altitude at which the plant was grown, harvesting conditions, etc. Some scents, like rose, sandalwood, jasmine, and vanilla are very expensive. Hand cutting is more expensive than machine cutting (because it takes more time). Molding is the most expensive, but produces a more uniform, consistent, exclusive looking product. Khataji private label soap is created in batches of 50 or 200 (of the same soap (no mixing and matching). If you order in batches of 200, you will get more savings. So, for example, an order of 200 bars of machine cut soap scented with artificial ingredients or having no scent at all will cost less than a batch of 50 bars of soap that is molded and contains expensive base oils (olive, neem, argon, avocado butter, etc), additives (lavender petals, rose petal powder, calendula leaves, oatmeal, stinging nettles, French green clay, assorted herbs, etc) and and expensive essential oils. However, this is YOUR product and you can have whatever you'd like.
How To Get Started
We will need to know what you want made. If you are not sure, we can talk about what you like and create a special recipe for you. If you have some ideas, but want to tweak them to make it personal to you, we can make suggestions on how to get exactly what you'd like. Your soap recipe should include what oils you'd like to use, scents, additives (oatmeal, cornmeal, aloe vera, etc), and colors. We need to know what you'd like in the way of packaging and who is going to do that (you or us). We also need to know how you would like it cut (hand cut, machine cut) or molded. Once we have all those details, we can make samples. Once the samples are approved, we can start production. How quickly this is done depends on how fast we can get samples created and approved. If you'd like other natural products, this may also be possible.
